How long do teeth stay white?
This depends a lot on your lifestyle, but the effect usually lasts up to 12 months.
Can all teeth be whitened?
All natural teeth can be whitened. Crowns, veneers (ceramic coverings) or fillings do not change their color during use.
Will the entire set of teeth be whitened?
The whitening kit only whitens the visible tooth area.
How long will it take until I see the first results?
Your teeth are visibly whiter after the third application. After the seventh application, your teeth will be 1 to 2 shades lighter than before.
Is it possible to eat, drink or smoke during the application?
We recommend not eating, drinking or smoking during use. You should also not smoke two hours before and after the application.
Does goBright make my teeth more sensitive?
In rare cases, teeth and gums may become slightly hypersensitive during treatment. If this is the case, we recommend pausing the treatment until your teeth have returned to their normal state. This usually takes 1 to 2 days. You can then continue to use goBright as usual.
The LED light doesn't work, what's wrong?
A small plastic plate is attached below the batteries so that the light does not come on during shipping. Remove the tile, turn the batteries upside down and it will work.
I removed the plastic plate and it still doesn't work?
In this case you will have to buy new batteries. Lithium batteries can be purchased in retail stores for a few francs.
How do I save my battery life of the LED light?
When you are not using your LED light, turn the batteries upside down to conserve battery life.
